Sabda Ko Sansar began with a simple conviction: the stories closest to us deserve the same craft, patience and serious attention as any story in the world.
We publish essays, reflections, interviews, criticism and poetry in conversation with Nepal. Some pieces look closely at language. Others follow a family tradition, a changing city, an overlooked book or a question that refuses an easy answer.
Our name means “a world of words.” For us, that world is open-ended. It includes established writers and first-time voices, writing in English and Nepali, memory and argument, tradition and change.
